Story format: 3 to 4 pages; 1600 -2000 words, typed, double-spaced, submit on disk. Must include symptoms and diagnosis, verification of diagnosis and recovery by mental health professional and positive progress report by your family. Outline your struggle to find effective mental care and your progress using the mental healthcare compass, TAYO the Healthcare Planner and the SEAR guides; explain how you used the tips and traps, teaching tools, checklists and the references for restoring your mental health.
If your recovery story is selected for the anthology, you will receive 5 free copies of the finished book and credit as a contributor to the anthology. A royalty from all sales of the book will be donated to the International Schizophrenia Foundation. www.orthomed.org
